In summer 2013, a new Starbucks store located as Praha Castle.was opened, a highly preserved and particularly sensitive area, given its history and cultural heritage. Starbucks Prazsky Hrad, is a fantastic experience to share your Café with the Praha atmosphere. No other Starbucks store in the world makes me feel so alive when i spend mine moments here. The sunset will take your breath away, and i found the answer: pourquoi battait mon coer? Shalom! Aleichem. JACOB JR, MY JEWISH WORLD. CAFÉ SAVOY. PRAHA/CZECH REPUBLIC.

Friday, Adar II, 15 5776. March 25, 2016 Shalom! World. Café Savoy is an elegant café its own confectionery evoking the atmosphere of the cafés of the First Czechoslovakiaa Republic. The chefs at Café Savoy cook Czech as well as French meals; the confectioners prepare homemade cakes and guests sitting under the Neo-Renaissance ceiling suddenly find themselves in the world of Viennese café bars. The negative point was the staff. They were very rude with me, i felt very disapointed 'cause its unusual in Praha. Shalom! Aleichem. JACOB JR, MY JEWISH WORLD. KONZENTRATIONSLAGER EBENSEE/AUSTRIA

Wednesday, Adar II 6, 5776. March 16, 2016. Shalom! World. The Konzentrationslager Ebensee was a sub-camp of KZ Mauthausen, and is considered to be one of the most diabolic concentration camps ever built. The construction of the sub-camp began in late 1943 and the first 1.000 prisioners arrived on 18 November 1943 from the main camp of Mauthausen and other Mauthausen sub-camps. The main purpose of Ebensee was to provide slave labour for the construction of the enormous underground tunnels in which armament works were to be housed. After rising at 4:30 A.M. the prisoners dug away at the tunnels until 6 P.M. After some months work was done in shifts 24 hours a day. There was nearly no accomodation to protect the first batch of prisoners from the cold Austrian winter. Thus the death toll increased astronomically. Bodies were piled in heaps and every 3-4 days they were taken to Mauthausen crematorium to be burned. Ebensee did not yet have its own crematorium. The

Bedrich Smetana (1824-1884)  his life and work. It is housed in the building of the former Old Town Water Works - one of the most beautiful Neo-Renaissance structures in Praha, built in 1883-1884 according to plans Antonin Wiehl. The architectural conception of the structure is enhanced by rich sgraffito decoration designed by Mikolas Ales and Frantisek Zenisek (important czech painters of the 19th century) related to the battles of citizens of Praha with the Swedes on the Charles Bridge in 1648. In 1935 the city of Praha loaned the building to the Bedrich Smetana Society for the needs of Smetana Museum, which had been established in 1926. After necessary modifications, the building was made accessible to the public

Friday, 1 Adar II, 5776. March 11, 2016. Shalom! World. An attractive position in the historical centre of Praha, not far from the National Theatre anf the original environment, formed by two elegant boats, make the hotel one of the most unique hotels in Europe. The anchorage is on a newly reconstructed Vlatava promenade, which starts at Vysehrad rocks and ends at Sikovske mills (today's Manes gallery) . The hotel is situated very close to the gallery, thus provides  a unique experience when visiting the restaurant or staying in one of the full equipped rooms.  An original restaurant with an exotic environment offers, thanks to its position and glassed-in interior, an unconventional view of the Praha architecture jewls such as the Sitkovska tower. The Dancing House, Petrin Tower, and above all The Praha castle. The restaurant focuses on italian cuisine with a wide choice of wines from all over the world, which are stored in the nearby wine cellar. During the summ
