JACOB JR, MY JEWISH WORLD. LANGHAMS CAFÉ. PRAHA/CZECH REPUBLIC.

Monday, Tammuz 5, 5779. Julay 8, 2019.

Shalom! World.

Langhams Café.
Address: Vodickova 37. Praha, Czech Republic.

Located in the former Langhams Gallery at 37 Vodickova street (Next the Wenceslas Square) in Praha, the People in Need Centre is a place for inspiration, meetings, and discussion for anyone concerned about the world of today. The Centre was formally inaugurated in May 2012.

The People in Need organization was establishid in 1992 by a group of Czech war correspondents who were no longer satisfied with merely relaying information about ongoing conflicts and began sending out aid.

Throughout the 26 years of its existence, People in Need has become one of the biggest non-profit organizations in Central Europe. In addition to humanitarian aid and human rights, it now also targets education and helps people living in social exclusion.

The Café is open form Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday is closed. The Café offers two spaces: one inside with the gallery and the courtyard outside. Good Café, excellent service.

Shalom! Aleichem.
